How It Works

From "Book Now" to money in your account.

The question we get most on WhatsApp support. Here's the honest, full flow — no glossed-over steps.

// Part 1

Your customer's side of it.

This all happens on your website, on your domain — the widget just sits inside it.

1

Books in a few steps

Pickup, drop-off, date and time — one-way or hourly. They can add stops, a return trip, extra passengers or luggage right there.

2

Sees the price instantly

Available vehicles with live prices, converted into their currency automatically. They pick one and move on.

3

Adds whatever you've made available

Meet & greet, baby seat, extra luggage — or anything custom you've set up, from a SIM card to flowers. Only what you've switched on shows up.

4

Pays however you've set it up

Online (card via Stripe/PayPal), cash to the driver, or pay-later if they're a corporate account with terms — your call, per company.

5

Gets confirmation

Instant and automatic, or "we're reviewing your booking" first if you'd rather check it yourself — configurable per booking, not locked to one or the other.

// Part 2

What happens in your panel.

This is the part that actually varies — from "I don't want to touch anything" to "I check every single booking."

1

Booking lands

Always visible in your dashboard. Synced to your Google Calendar too, if you've connected it.

2

Every driver gets notified

A push notification to the driver app for everyone registered — first to accept it, gets it. They already know their own schedule, so they're the ones deciding what fits.

3

Nobody free? You decide

Assign it manually yourself, send it out to a partner/affiliate network as overflow, or — worst case — cancel and refund it.

4

Live status, the whole trip

The driver updates it from their app — on the way, picked up, dropped off. You can see exactly where things stand at any point.

5

You complete it — on purpose, not the driver

Marking a booking complete is deliberately kept with the business owner/admin, not drivers or partners — so nothing gets closed out without someone checking it actually happened correctly.

6

Review request, and invoice if you want one

Completing it can trigger a satisfaction email with a review link — internal, or straight to Google/TripAdvisor, your choice — plus an automatic invoice if that's switched on.

// Part 3

The money, explained properly.

The gateway takes a cut

Stripe or PayPal's standard processing fee — that's unavoidable anywhere, but it buys you a secure payment and the ability to refund properly if something goes wrong.

We never touch card data

Every payment goes straight through Stripe or PayPal — nothing card-related is ever stored on our servers, or yours.

Refunds, from your panel

Need to cancel and give the money back? It's handled from your own dashboard, not a support ticket to us.

// Part 4

When you need more than the basics.

All of this exists for when the simple version isn't enough — none of it is mandatory to get started.

Corporate accounts

Deferred payment terms (weekly, monthly — whatever the contract says) and standing discounts.

Per-driver commission splits

Set an individual percentage per driver — an employee, a partner, or an external driver you're brokering for.

Discount coupons

Named codes with a percentage off, switched on whenever you want to run one.

External-only operation

No fleet of your own? Run the whole thing as a broker with external partner drivers instead.

This page covers what happens and why. The step-by-step "how do I switch this on" manual is coming — for now, WhatsApp us and we'll walk you through it directly.

See it running with your own fleet.
