Booking & Dispatch
The moment it lands, every driver you've registered gets a push notification at once. First to accept it, gets it — since jobs are usually booked in advance, drivers already know their own schedule and decide what fits.
You're not stuck. Assign it manually yourself, send it out to your partner/affiliate network as overflow, or — worst case — cancel and refund it. That decision is always yours.
Both, and it's not locked to one or the other — you can set instant automatic confirmation, or "we're reviewing your booking" first, and switch between them per booking if you want more control on certain dates.
The business owner or admin — deliberately, not the driver or a partner. That way nothing gets closed out without someone actually checking the trip happened correctly. Completing it can also trigger a review request and an automatic invoice, if you've set those up.
Payments
No. You pay your plan fee — FareBookings never adds a commission on top of what your customer pays.
No, never. Every payment goes straight through Stripe or PayPal — nothing card-related touches our servers, or yours.
That's Stripe/PayPal's standard processing fee, and it's unavoidable anywhere — but it's what buys you a secure payment and a proper refund path if something goes wrong.
Handled from your own panel — no support ticket to us needed.
Whatever you switch on: online card payment, pay-the-driver in cash, or pay-later terms if they're a corporate account with an agreed contract.
Drivers & Commission
Either. You can run entirely with your own employed drivers, entirely as a broker with external partner drivers, or a mix of both.
Yes — set an individual percentage per driver. An employee might be 0%, an external partner driver might keep 80% of the fare with your company taking 20% as the broker, for example. It's configured per driver, not fixed system-wide.
Corporate Clients, Coupons & Discounts
Yes — deferred payment (weekly, monthly, whatever the contract says) configured per client, plus a standing discount if you want to offer one.
Yes, independent of whether they're a corporate account or not — a regular client can have their own ongoing discount too.
Named codes with a percentage off, switched on whenever you want to run a promotion — your customer applies it during booking.
The Corporate Plan
A dedicated, independent server on your own domain, not shared with any other FareBookings customer. Because it's isolated, we can make changes specific to how your business actually operates — a workflow tweak, a country-specific requirement — without it affecting anyone else. Custom API and integrations are available too, quoted separately based on scope.
Not as a standard, included feature right now — we'd rather be upfront about that than oversell it. What it does include is your own dedicated server and direct access to the development team for changes specific to you.
Where FareBookings Works
No — FareBookings runs fleets internationally. Wherever our own examples or demos happen to be set in, your account is configured with your own company's details, country, currency and language when you register — not ours.
